Marcel Ricou

Marcel Ricou is a dedicated human development professional with extensive experience in health and education program design, management, and evaluation. Currently serving as Deputy Director of the Education Practice at IREX, Marcel leads strategies to expand access to quality education and training globally. Previously, Marcel held various roles, including Associate Director at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, where they managed significant projects aimed at improving educational outcomes across multiple countries. Marcel's educational background includes a BA in International Relations from Franklin College Switzerland and an MA in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS. Fluent in English and French, Marcel is known for their strong analytical and communication skills.
