Marcia Small

Marcia Small is a strategic leader with extensive experience in social impact initiatives and community transformation. They co-founded The Gathering 4.0, where they developed leadership programs for major clients and generated significant new revenue. Previously, they served as Deputy Director of the Mandela Washington Fellowship at IREX, orchestrating a comprehensive portfolio and securing a $50M+ program renewal. With a strong background in program management and multi-stakeholder partnerships, Marcia has a proven track record in driving measurable impact across various organizations. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology at The State University of New York and a Master of Science in Urban Studies at The City University of New York.
