IRG is an international executive search firm, specialising in both locating, and securing top level talent on a global basis. We were founded in 2001 and we are widely recognised as one of the leading executive search providers in Management and Strategic Consulting, Restructuring, Professional Services, Healthcare & Life Science, Sustainability, Private Equity and Technology.

In addition, we use our extensive network of top tier consultants to help organisations build In-house Consulting, Change, Transformation, Digital, Technology and Strategy teams.

Our aim is to become not the largest, but the most sought after executive search firm in the world within the markets in which we operate.

We are widely recognised and respected as a true delivery partner to each of our clients.

Working with only a small number of companies in each of the markets we operate within has major benefits to our clients. They include a wider candidate pool to select from, and a much higher probability of locating a real expert for the skills gap, which exists inside your organisation.

We are a team of consultants, researchers, external advisors and non-executive directors. We have a diverse range of cultures and language capabilities in office, which means we can cater for a global market.

We have an enviable track record, conducting assignments for leading global organisations, strategic consulting firms, private equity houses, and professional services firms.

We treat each mandate as a bespoke and individual assignment, and work in partnership with our clients to determine the specific needs of each role. We start each search with a “fresh piece of paper”, and although we bring our own expertise, we take the time to fully understand our clients' businesses so that we can deliver to their exact requirements.
