We are a policy research institute and think tank based in Indonesia. Established in 2012, our headquarter is located in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.

Our mission is to contribute to international, national, and regional debates on resource governance, disaster governance, climate adaptation, health policy, and development studies. We aim to promote evidence-based policy and capacity development among scientists, local politicians, corporations, activists, and community leaders.
