Sonja Serrano, MBA, CSM®, is an accomplished E-Marketing Project Manager at IRI since November 2018, specializing in delivering high-quality marketing projects within budget and deadlines while implementing efficient project management tools such as kanban boards and Asana. With a diverse background, Sonja has served as Cyber Account Manager at INSUREtrust, managing insurance portfolios and educating clients on cybersecurity trends, and as Project Manager at Castles Technology International Corp., leading global payment app integration projects using Agile methodologies.
