Tamara Banjac

Tamara Banjac is an experienced educator and social entrepreneur with a passion for organizational development and social impact. With over a decade of experience in project management, they have served in various roles, including Senior Business Consultant at Beta Consulting Ltd. and Program Manager for Education at the Center for Youth Work. Currently, they are co-founder and Coordinator of Organizational Development at Organizacija Irida and hold the position of International Relations Officer at the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory. Tamara holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Faculty of Economics in Novi Sad and a Master's Degree from the same institution, alongside studying at Jönköping University.
