Victor Einfeldt

Victor Einfeldt has diverse work experience in the IT and security field. Victor is currently the Director of Information Technology Security at Iridium, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this role, Victor worked at Iridium as a Senior Manager of IT Security from May 2012 to August 2021. In addition, Victor has served as a Member of the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) since August 2015. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Facilitator at the University of Phoenix from January 2009 to February 2013, where they taught LAN/WAN networking classes online. Before that, Victor had roles as an Information Security Sr. Administrator at ARCADIS from June 2003 to May 2012, as an Information Services Developer at Red Oak Consulting from June 2003 to November 2003, and as a Webmaster at Aamstrand Ropes & Twines from January 1999 to November 2001.

Victor Einfeldt obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from Eastern Illinois University from the years 2000 to 2003. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Information Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they completed from 2005 to 2006.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Victor Einfeldt holds several certifications in the field of information security and technology. These include the GIAC Strategic Planning, Policy, and Leadership certification from the SANS Institute, obtained in November 2017, as well as the GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst certification, obtained in June 2014. Victor also obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from the (ISC)² in September 2013. Furthermore, they received the SANS GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) certification from SANS in June 2013. Victor Einfeldt has also acquired the CCNA Security and CCNA certifications from Cisco in April 2012 and April 2011, respectively. Victor possesses additional certifications such as A+ from CompTIA, MSCA from Microsoft, Net+ from CompTIA, and Security+ from CompTIA, although the specific dates for obtaining these certifications are not available.
