Gadi Paskoff is a recruitment and operations professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and educational program management. After completing a two-year Teaching Fellowship at Temple Sinai, Gadi served as the Coordinator of Camp and Teen Initiatives at the 14th Street Y, where they successfully onboarded 150 staff members and built a strong candidate pipeline. Gadi then transitioned to BetterCloud, where they advanced through various roles in talent acquisition, ultimately becoming the Manager of Talent Acquisition. Currently, Gadi leads Talent and Ops at Iris AI, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and training initiatives.
