Peter Whelan is an adviser to founders, families and senior stakeholders, providing discreet, direct guidance on capital events, significant IPOs and long-term strategic decisions. Over the past 20+ years, they held senior roles at leading financial institutions, guiding clients through capital events, high-profile IPOs and complex transactions in developed and emerging markets. They are currently co-founder of Phene Capital and chairman of IRIS Audio Technologies, and they serve as a Senior Adviser at PwC. Previously, they were Managing Director and Head of Emerging Markets Equity Advisory at Rothschild and IPO Leader and Head of Equity Advisory as a partner at PwC in the UK.
