Paul Devine is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Iris Capital since October 2018, Paul previously held the role of Group Operations Manager at IRIS Hotel Group Pty Ltd. from January 2017 to October 2018. Paul's background includes the creation of the Easy Lane Kitchen & Beer Garden at Windsor RSL and multiple management roles within the IRIS Hotel Group, focused on venue management and strategic planning. With earlier experience as Licensee at PJs Irish Pub and in guest relations with Royal Caribbean Cruises, Paul possesses a strong foundation in hospitality operations. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree from Trinity College Dublin and a Higher Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management from Technological University Dublin.
