Jane MacDonald

Jane joined the team in 2005 to assist the Managing Partners and set up processes. She is now handling internal communications, events and logistics, supporting key functions in their outreach.

Previous to joining Iris Capital, Jane worked in various roles and sectors: trading branded clothing lots for SFADT, Executive Assistant to President of Fortis Investments, handling PR and fund raising for cultural foundations and associations such as Academia 800.

She started her career as an entrepreneur, launching The American Institute for professional language training and services for law firms and large distribution chains.

She is a board member of Association Section International Camille Sée and an active member of various US associations in Paris.

Jane is an American and Italian citizen, and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from UMKC in Missouri (USA) and a Master of Business Administration and International Affairs - CESCI in Paris (France).
