Iris Construction Management delivers commercial tenant improvements and build-outs for schedule-critical environments where delays cost money.

We specialize in offices, retail spaces, medical and dental clinics, QSRs, restaurants, commercial kitchens, and beauty-focused environments—often in live, operating spaces where coordination, inspections, and sequencing matter.

Our work is built around risk management, schedule control, and trade coordination. We take ownership of permits, inspections, and on-site execution to prevent delays, reduce disruption, and keep projects moving forward without surprises.

Clients hire us when they need:
- Clear timelines and realistic schedules
- Active management of trades and inspections
- One point of accountability from pre-construction through completion
- Experience working in occupied and high-sensitivity environments

Based in Winnipeg and Western Canada, we deliver projects locally and across Canada where certainty, communication, and execution matter more than promises.
