Daniel Roberts

Daniel Roberts is the co-founder and co-CEO of Iris Energy. Daniel has over 17 years of experience in the energy industry, including stints at Macquarie Group and PwC. Daniel has been with Iris Energy since its inception in 2019 and has been instrumental in its growth.

Previously, Daniel was a vice president at Macquarie Group, where they worked for over 5 years in the financial services sector. Daniel then spent 2 years as a financial consultant at PwC before moving on to Palisade Investment Partners, where they were a co-owner for 7 years.

Daniel has a wealth of experience in the energy industry and is passionate about Iris Energy’s mission to provide clean and affordable energy to everyone. Under their leadership, Iris Energy has quickly become one of the leading companies in the space.

Daniel Roberts has a Masters in Finance from INSEAD and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Daniel also has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
