Justin Shane

Justin Shane is an experienced entrepreneur and co-founder of multiple technology-driven companies, including IRIS Freight, SoftServ, and Digital Media Inc. As the Co-Founder and COO of IRIS Freight, Justin focuses on enhancing supply chain efficiency and transparency for perishable goods through innovative tech solutions. Justin's diverse career also includes establishing bLink Strategy, which supports growth in the natural foods industry, and leading Ultimate Consignment as a partner, where fundraising and operational strategies were key achievements. Justin's earlier ventures include developing a social networking platform for Greek organizations and interning with financial firms, where analytical and research skills were honed. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Arizona.
