Olivia Steiner

Olivia Steiner is a highly passionate HR leader and human capitalist with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development. They served as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Vivaldi's groep from 2009 to 2012 and later held various roles at IPG Group, including HR Officer Recruitment and HR Legal & Social Relations Manager. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of Human Capital at IRIS Group, and currently, they are the Human Capital & QSHE Director at Iris, where they lead strategic HR initiatives and oversee change management. Olivia holds degrees in Criminology and Human Management from Université libre de Bruxelles and Ichec Brussels Management School.
