Program Management Team

The Program Management Team at Iris House, Inc. oversees the execution and coordination of various programs and services dedicated to individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS. They are responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of prevention, education, nutritional counseling, housing assistance, mental health services, and skills training. This team plays a critical role in program evaluation, strategic planning, and managing community outreach initiatives to support and enhance the well-being of clients throughout New Jersey.
