Marcelo Finger

Marcelo Finger dedicated the last decade to the commercial sector and people management, working with multinational companies such as America Móvil and Telefônica. They served as a Branch Manager and Commercial Coordinator at Claro Brasil, where they achieved significant sales growth and team performance. Currently, Marcelo resides in the U.S. to enhance their language skills and is the Coordinator of Innovation at Hotmilk, an innovation ecosystem at PUCPR, where they manage startup acceleration and open innovation projects. Additionally, they are a member of the advisory council at Iris Pay and have held various leadership roles focusing on strategy and innovation.
