Specialist recruitment for scientific instrumentation, bioprocessing, and life science tools.

We help microscopy, photonics/lasers, spectroscopy & analytical, lab automation, bioprocessing, and genomics/life-science toolmakers hire revenue-critical talent—fast, and built to last.

Founded by former scientific sales leaders, Iris Scientific combines deep domain fluency with a proactive search model that engages passive talent your job posts won’t reach.

The result: calibrated shortlists in ~2.5 weeks, offers in ~7 weeks, 97% offer acceptance, and 88% two-year retention—contributing to 90% repeat business across North America and the EU/UK.

Roles we fill: Sales (AE/AM/Territory, Regional/National), Marketing (Product/Segment/Demand), Field Service & Applications, R&D/Engineering, and Leadership (Director, VP, GM).

Why clients choose us:
• Operator-led: we’ve carried quota and built teams in this market
• Credible with candidates who ignore generalist recruiters
• Clear, data-driven process and expectation alignment
• Retained and priority search options to match urgency and confidentiality

Open territory? New product launch? Turnaround or scale-up? Let’s protect revenue and accelerate hiring with talent that sticks.

Focus areas: scientific instrumentation, bioprocessing, life science tools, microscopy, photonics/lasers, spectroscopy & analytical, lab automation, genomics/NGS.
