Chris Kerridge

Chris Kerridge is a Senior Manager of Product Management at IRIS Software Group, responsible for defining and communicating the product vision, driving the product roadmap, and leading a team of Product Owners. With a substantial background in product management, Chris previously held roles such as HCM Product Manager and Project Manager at IRIS and Product Manager at MHR, where Chris focused on cloud HR portfolio management, competitive research, and ensuring product delivery aligned with customer demand. Chris started the career at MHR as a Business Analyst, progressing through various roles including Lead Business Analyst and Service Desk Analyst, and holds a PgDip in Human Resources Management from the University of Derby.
