Éanna Cullen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in SaaS software services and project management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Professional Services for IRIS Software Group since April 2015. With a strong focus on revenue generation and client satisfaction, Éanna oversees a global team of over 50 consultants and project managers, driving service delivery for IRIS Americas clients. Prior roles include Head of Professional Services and Senior Implementation Manager, where Éanna demonstrated effective leadership and people management skills. Éanna’s career also includes experience as a novelist, various financial management roles in Protocol Education, and volunteer work with NSPCC's ChildLine. Éanna holds multiple qualifications in IT service management, payroll, management accounting, public relations, and teaching English as a foreign language.
