John Ferguson

John Ferguson is an experienced professional in architecture and engineering security, currently serving as the Head of Architecture & Engineering Security at IRIS Software Group since March 2019, where responsibilities include enhancing Enterprise Architecture maturity and ensuring product security. Previously, John held multiple roles at Nissan Motor Corporation, including Architecture Innovation & Governance Lead, where innovation in information systems was driven through emerging technologies, and Technical Architect, focusing on IT service strategy and API management. Additional experience includes a Technical Architect role at Renault-Nissan Alliance and various positions at Nissan, covering areas such as systems analysis and enterprise architecture. John holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems from Nottingham Trent University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Change from the University of Sunderland.
