Lee Hellingsworth has over 30 years of experience in payroll management and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Success Business Partner at IRIS Software Group since September 2003, where responsibilities include high-level customer service management and business development support. Prior experience includes roles as Service Manager at LogicaCMG Limited, focusing on customer-facing service management and business development; Bureau Payroll Manager at Orbit Benefits Limited, establishing and running a payroll bureau for clients in the Technology and IT sectors; and Payroll Manager at Oracle, where Lee progressed from payroll administrator to manager, overseeing the payroll for 4,500 staff. Lee holds a CIPP Payroll Management Foundation Degree and completed education at Raynes Park High School.
