Niccola Scott

Niccola Scott is an experienced professional in sales and management, currently serving as Senior Commercial Director at IRIS Software Group since April 2020, where prior roles included Divisional Director for HCM and Director of Account Development. Previously, Niccola held the position of Head of UK Sales at Finalsite from December 2018 to April 2020 and served as Sales and Marketing Director at WCBS from May 2015 to December 2018. At RM Education, positions included Key Account Manager and Sales Manager from March 2010 to May 2015. Niccola began a career at Argos, progressing from Customer Service Representative to Deputy Store Manager from July 2003 to March 2010. Additionally, Niccola worked as a Researcher and Recognised Teacher at the University of Stirling in 2007. Niccola holds a BA Hons in Business Management from the University of Stirling, completed in 2007, and attended Our Lady's High School from 1997 to 2003.
