Patrick Hegarty

Patrick Hegarty is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at IRIS Software Group since October 2025. Previously, Patrick held the position of Group Finance Director at Vista Global from September 2021 to July 2025, where significant achievements included a $600M equity raise and a $2B bond issuance. Patrick's career also features roles as Finance Director - Corporate at Avon, where the company generated $5.5B in revenue, and as Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Frontline Management, a leading oil tanker shipping firm. Beginning the professional journey at PwC UK as a Senior Manager, Patrick is a Chartered Accountant with an ACA designation and holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Queen's University Belfast.
