Rob Brough

Rob Brough is an experienced leader in Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement, currently serving as the Director of Revenue Operations at IRIS Software Group since April 2020. In this role, Rob drives a multi-skilled team across the UK and India, enhancing support for the commercial function, including Sales, Marketing, and Renewals. Previously at Advanced, Rob held various senior positions, including Head of Group Pre-Sales and Bid Management and Group Director of Sales Operations, where significant contributions were made to sales strategy and enablement. With earlier roles in pre-sales and sales management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Education specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Worcester, Rob combines educational knowledge with extensive industry experience to optimize sales processes and drive business improvement.
