Dhruv Kapur is the VP & Global Delivery Head, Financial Services at Iris Software, Inc. Dhruv has over 25 years of experience in IT services, products and platforms delivery to leading banks and capital markets firms globally.

In his current role at Iris Software, Dhruv heads the Financial Services Strategic Business Unit and leads solutions and service delivery to Iris’ global clients. He is responsible for driving business growth while ensuring a differentiated experience for clients and Iris Associates. He is also the business sponsor for iNovus, Iris’ flagship program for embedding innovation into the organisational culture.

Over the past two decades, Dhruv has enabled client and business success by leveraging and maximising the potential of talent and technology. As a financial services technology leader, he has partnered and consulted with banks, capital market firms, ISVs and market regulators to solve complex business and industry problems across commercial banking, front-to-back trade processing, asset & wealth management, payments, securitisation, risk and compliance.

As a seasoned IT executive, he has advised clients on outsourcing and right-shoring technology portfolios, setup teams that have delivered transformative outcomes through award winning products, solutions and market infrastructure. He has also setup and scaled business units, org-wide capability practices, platform offerings and service portfolios.

Dhruv brings a diverse global perspective, having worked across North America, Europe, South Asia and the A/NZ regions. He is a passionate people’s leader and has conceptualised and steered organisational change programs in talent engagement and senior leadership development.
