Dhwani Tandon

Dhwani Tandon is an accomplished professional in employer branding and corporate communications with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Employer Branding at Iris Software Inc. since April 2023, Dhwani previously held senior branding and communications roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager of Employer Branding and Corporate Communications Manager. At Ingersoll Rand India, Dhwani was the Corporate Communications & Brand Lead, while at Ramboll, the titles held included Manager of Brand & Communications and Brand & Communications Consultant. Dhwani's career began at HCL Technologies, where a range of roles focused on strategic marketing and external communications established a strong foundation in brand management. Dhwani began education with a BCom (Hons) in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College for Women before earning a PGDM in Communication Management from Symbiosis Institute Of Media And Communication.
