As Vice President, Head of Marketing at Iris Software, James is responsible for driving business growth with marketing. James creates mindshare for the Iris Software brand and grows market share for their offerings. He aligns their culture and brand to deliver a best-in-class customer and employee experience. In addition, he is establishing a world-class, modern marketing organization and building capabilities across brand, communications, digital and account-based marketing.
With more than 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, field marketing, and public relations, James has built his career on brand building, strategic communications and revenue acceleration from leading companies in the life sciences, technology and telecommunications industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA in marketing and information systems from Fordham University.
