Ritesh drives the strategy and the solutions-led model for the Automation Practice. He has spearheaded many high impact transformational projects globally by leveraging Intelligent Automation, Test Automation and DevOps competencies. Ritesh is a seasoned business-focused technology leader with more than two decades of experience and deep expertise and a passion for Automation.

Ritesh past experience includes expertise in incubating and growing trans-national software development centers for leading Investment Banks from ground zero. He is passionate about developing robust engineering principles for end-to-end implementation of projects with large-team collaborations across various disciplines – Product Engineering, Delivery & Professional services, etc.

Ritesh is a people-driven leader with a profound and deep concern for the success and well-being of the teams he leads. At Iris, he has built strong technical teams, keeping the client at the center of everything, a core foundational value evident in Iris’ culture.

He holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Karnataka University, India. Ritesh invests a considerable part of his personal time in NGO activities paying deep, thoughtful attention to the issues of the ignored, down-trodden and under privileged members of the society and helps to arrange life-essential and medical amenities for them.
