Saurabh Ghose

Saurabh Ghose is an experienced professional in talent management and learning development, currently serving as Manager of Talent Management at Iris Software Inc. since August 2022. In this role, Saurabh leads the learning and development function for the largest business unit, introducing key initiatives such as a skill mapping and assessment platform, an aspiration-based development platform, and a professional certification program. Prior to this, Saurabh held the position of Deputy Manager in Learning and Development at Sify Technologies Limited, where responsibilities included developing modern learning skills and driving competency growth within the sales organization. Additional experience includes roles such as Training and Evangelism Lead at Ernst and Young and Regional Training Manager at Denave. Saurabh's educational background encompasses a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Forensic Science and Technology from Amity University and Lok Nayak Jayaprakash Narayan National Institute, respectively, as well as a PGDM in Retail Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
