Shweta Arora

Shweta Arora is currently the BU HR Head at Iris Software Inc., where they serve as Associate Director of Talent Management and previously held the position of Director of Talent Management. Before this, Shweta worked at Tata Consultancy Services, where they progressed through various roles, including Head of Human Resources for Retail & CPG, and Asst Manager of Human Resources. Shweta began their career in human resources at TCS and has made significant contributions throughout their tenure in the field. They are currently pursuing education at the Jaipuria Institute of Technology.
