Founded in 2023 by former WME IMG Co-President Ioris Francini, alongside Floris Weisz, Managing Partner, and Luca Baldanza, Director, IRIS is a global sports advisory and commercial partner to leading rightsholders and investors.

IRIS markets global media rights for properties including International Olympic Committee, Giro d’Italia, LIV Golf and PFL and works with international federations such as FIBA, World Climbing and Volleyball World in select markets. IRIS is also active in football, distributing rights for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025 in Central America and Africa; AFCON 2026 domestically and a variety of other leagues and competitions globally.

Alongside commercial execution, IRIS advises leading investment institutions and rightsholders on M&A, strategy and new IP development, working with the likes of the NBA, ATP Media and World Climbing.
