Meredith Gradle

Meredith Gradle is the founder of Iris Works, a software company that helps businesses manage their social media. Meredith started their career as a compensation consultant for Indiana University Health, where they worked for seven years. In 2010, they left to start their own portrait and lifestyle photography business. For seven years, they were the owner and photographer of Meredith Gradle Photography, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2017, they started Iris Works to help businesses with their social media management.

Meredith Gradle has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
