David Kenealy

David Kenealy is a highly motivated and ethically-driven Disaster Risk Manager with a diverse educational background in engineering and humanities, complemented by a NOHA Master's in Humanitarian Action. They began their career as a relief delegate in Sri Lanka, advancing to roles such as Disaster Management Coordinator for South Asia and leading DIPECHO projects in Haiti focused on community capacity building. Recently, David has taken on responsibilities related to ECHO and German foreign ministry project relief activities in Lebanon and Turkey amid the Syria Crisis.
