Tim Bourke

Tim P. Bourke has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Tim P. most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer at Irish Sailing, starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Business & Digital Consultant at Golden Apple Consulting from August 2020 to January 2023. Tim also held prominent roles at Schneider Electric, where they served as the Global Head of Ecommerce Strategy & Transformation from November 2015 to June 2020. Additionally, they were the Global Head of Ecommerce at Grohe Group from February 2014 to October 2015. Before that, Tim served as the Chief Operating Officer at Quaternion Risk Management from May 2012 to March 2014, and as a Project Manager/Programme Manager at Grohe AG from October 2006 to May 2012. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated a track record of leading and executing successful transformation programs and achieving significant sales growth.

Tim P. Bourke has a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Tim P. then pursued a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University College Dublin from 1998 to 1999. In 2017, they completed a program in Transformation Leadership from INSEAD.
