Ali Murtaza has worked in the field of customer service and operations engineering since 2017. Ali began their career at Nayatel Pvt. Ltd. as an Operations Engineer, where their job responsibilities included customer handling, router testing, router configuration, systems related troubleshooting, tickets handling, emails, and IP whitelisting. In 2018, they joined KeepTruckin as a Customer Success Manager, where their responsibilities included resolving customer problems regarding billing, technical difficulties, refunds, and following up with relevant departments to resolve customer queries and problems. Ali Murtaza obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from COMSATS University Islamabad between 2012 and 2016. Ali then went on to earn a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) between 2016 and 2019.
