Shoaib Ismail

Shoaib Ismail is a seasoned technical leader with extensive experience in software engineering and data analytics. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Radius XR since June 2024, Shoaib previously held the position of Principal Software Engineer at NorthBay Solutions, focusing on data lake solutions with AWS and open source technologies. Experience spans across various roles, including Senior Software Engineer at Bell MedEx, where implementation of the MU3 certificate module led to ONC certification, and the creation of a transaction dashboard at AccessPay. Shoaib's career began as a Software Engineer at W.A.T and includes significant contributions during an internship at the National ICT R&D Fund.
