Ellen Vedel

Ellen Vedel, PhD, MBA, is currently a member of the board of directors at IrisZorg and holds an MBA in Health from the Erasmus Centre for Healthcare Management. Previously, they served as a senior researcher at Jellinek, focusing on addiction treatment and comorbid issues, and held leadership roles at Arkin, including Director of Arkin Youth & Family and interim director positions. Ellen completed a PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Amsterdam, where they researched the effectiveness of behavioral couple therapy for alcohol use disorder. They also have extensive experience in clinical psychology and management within mental health organizations.
