IRL Events creates unforgettable cruise-based festivals for creators, podcasters, and fan communities.

Founded by Brett Donnelly—co-creator of the $25M+ NurseCon at Sea—IRL helps turn passionate audiences into real-world experiences. We handle everything: logistics, registration, production, and support. No upfront costs. No stress. Just epic events that connect creators and fans in real life.

Let’s make waves together.
