A trained polymer engineer, Mr. Swapnil Soni has more than a decade of experience in manufacturing rubber engineering products. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the production plant, he leads a team of experienced managers and engineers at the production plant. He has been appointed Executive Director since 2005.
