Eric Costard

Chief Technology Officer

Eric Costard is the Chief Technology Officer at IRnova, where they have been leading advancements in QWIP technology and T2SL FPA manufacturing since 2015. With a Doctorate in Optics from the French University PARIS XI, Eric began their career at Thales in 1985, developing expertise in semiconductor physics and processing. Eric's innovations in infrared detection have garnered recognition, including 15 patents and the Lamb Prize from the French Academy of Science in 2005. Prior to joining IRnova, they managed a senior product line at Sofradir.
