Christopher Nickerson has a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on Android development. Christopher currently holds the position of Principal Android Engineer at iRobot since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Turo as a Staff Software Engineer from March 2019 to December 2019, as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2018 to March 2019, and as a Software Engineer from April 2016 to March 2018. Christopher also worked as an Android Software Engineer at SCVNGR from December 2013 to February 2016. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Verivo from October 2010 to December 2013, where they developed and maintained the Android code base and worked on adding features to the back-end server. Christopher began their career as a Solution Consultant at New World Systems from September 2007 to September 2010, where they developed and maintained the Aegis MSP solution in VB6 and .NET and helped write services to interact with the back-end data storage.
Christopher Nickerson attended Lawrence Technological University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
