Erika Larson

Erika Larson is an experienced senior executive assistant with a diverse background in supporting high-level executives across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Executive Assistant to the CEO at iRobot since September 2021, Larson previously held significant roles at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, The Boston Consulting Group, and Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, among others. Prior to these positions, Larson owned and operated 3am Confections, showcasing creativity in product development. With a BA in Medical Ethics from Wellesley College and further culinary education from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, Larson combines strong organizational skills with a unique passion for food and innovation.
