William Lippitt

William Lippitt is an experienced Electrical Engineering professional currently serving as a Consultant EE Architect at iRobot since October 2013, focusing on the development of next-generation robots. Previous roles include Sr. Manager of Electrical Engineering and Principal Electrical Engineer at GarrettCom Inc. from May 2005 to October 2012. William has also held prominent positions, such as Principal Hardware Engineer at Pannaway Technologies and Lucent Technologies, and Director of Hardware Engineering at Xedia and Digital Equipment Corporation. William began a career in hardware engineering at Raytheon shortly after obtaining a BSEE from the University of Rhode Island.
