Daniel Grossman

Technical Support Engineer Tier III at Iron Bow

Daniel Grossman has extensive work experience in various technical and media roles. Starting in 2006, they worked as an intern at 2Cmedia. In 2007, they joined Washington Media Associates as an Assistant Editor before moving on to Creative Edge Studio as a Production Assistant. In 2008, they became a Multimedia Specialist at Vision Creative, where they worked until 2019. During this time, they also assumed the role of Media and IT Specialist. In 2020, Daniel joined Amazon as a Datacenter Technician for a few months before transitioning to Iron Bow Technologies. At Iron Bow Technologies, they initially worked as a Technical Support Specialist Tier II and later advanced to the position of Technical Support Engineer Tier III.

Daniel Grossman obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Miami from 2003 to 2007, earning a BSC degree in Film and English Creative Writing. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained several certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA) from Cisco in December 2022, Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in March 2022, Certified Technology Expert Self Hosted (CTE SH) Level 1 - Fundamentals from Pexip in December 2021, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in July 2020, and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in July 2020.
