Greg started their career in 2000 as a Lead Network Engineer with Sprint Nextel. Greg was responsible for designing and implementing secure network solutions for the company's extranet environment. In 2008, they joined Verizon as an IP Network Design Engineer. There, they were tasked with developing new architectures and designs to secure and enhance Verizon's extranet environment utilizing Cisco Service Modules.

In 2009, Greg joined Force 3 as a Principal Solutions Architect. Greg was responsible for architecting and implementing innovative Cisco network and security solutions. Greg also owned customer relationships and performed pre-sales activities, such as architecture development, proposal development, client presentations, and technology demonstrations. In 2016, they left Force 3 to join Iron Bow as their Chief Technology Officer.

At Iron Bow, Greg is responsible for leading the company's technical vision and strategy. Greg is focused on developing new, cutting-edge technologies and building processes and best practices for implementation. Greg is also focused on building secure virtualized network architectures in the Data Center, WAN, or Campus environments.

Greg Stemberger has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Management Information Systems from James Madison University.
