Sandra Lyons

Sandra Lyons currently serves as the Senior Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance at Iron Bow Technologies. With a robust background in cybersecurity and project management, Sandra has held significant positions at Capital One, including Director of Programs and Strategy (Cyber) and Director of Product Management (Cyber), where innovative strategies and teams were developed to enhance portfolio management and product operations. Prior experience includes leading a Professional Services organization at mLINQS and directing a cybersecurity team at ManTech. With a focus on strategic program management and service delivery, Sandra has consistently driven process improvements and operational efficiency throughout the career, beginning with early roles at Jacobs Technology, UNICOM Government Inc., and DesignTech International. Sandra earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
