Terry Milot

Terry Milot has over 19 years of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Terry started their career in 1997 as a Contract Recruiter at HSN and worked there for two years. In 1999, they joined The Sphinx Group as a Recruiter for IT and Executive positions, where they stayed until 2003. From 2003 to 2006, Terry served as a Senior HR Generalist and Recruiter at BBF Integrated Solutions. In 2006, they joined BayCare Health System as a Recruiter for IT and Executive roles, and they stayed with the company until 2015. Currently, Terry is working as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Iron Bow Technologies, a position they have held since June 2016.

Terry Milot has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University. In 2015, they also obtained a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from BayCare Health System. Additionally, in 2012 to 2013, Terry completed a Leadership Development Institute program at the University of South Florida, earning a Certificate of Completion in Organizational Leadership.
