Vincent Statuto

Vincent Statuto is an accomplished finance and investment professional with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in private equity, investment banking, and corporate development. Currently serving as a Board Member at Iron Bow Technologies since March 2020, Vincent has also held board positions at DazPak Flexible Packaging and Cardinal Logistics Management. As a Senior Vice President at H.I.G. Capital from January 2020 to December 2024, Vincent previously progressed through various roles within the firm, including Vice President and Private Equity Associate. Prior to this, experience included an investment banking career at Wells Fargo Securities, where roles ranged from Investment Banking Analyst to Associate. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, obtained in 2015.
