Founded in 2018 by Deborah Mayer, Iron Dames is a long-term global movement built on elite performance and guided by purpose.

Born in motorsport and later expanded into equestrian sport, Iron Dames demonstrates that talent has no gender.
Competing in some of the world’s most demanding arenas, the Iron Dames continue to reach new milestones at the highest levels of international sport.

Building on this foundation, the movement now lives at the intersection of sport, culture, and society, drawing on its model of success to drive positive change far beyond the track.
